The weeks coming up to Morocco

December of 2017 saw me take some long awaited annual leave to spend the next two months away. 

I was on holiday in Bombay, India with the entire extended family to attend two big family functions. Further as it had been some time since I was back there I wanted to make sure I saw everyone I could.

Admittedly a bad habit, but every few days, I couldn't resist from checking my work email and see how the rest of my world was tracking, and then it happened. 

​

I got THE email.

The email I was waiting for which would finally tell me where and when I was going to be able to head off on my CSC challenge.

MOROCCO in APRIL!

Although I had to contain my excitement at, what was 1:16AM on a Wednesday night at the dining room table, but I finally had a starting point to something I had been looking forward to since before joining the firm. 

​

Corporate Social Corps is a chance for us as consultants, to go where we are needed the most and use all of our lessons to and help others serve their community.
