Strategizing Success

Out of over 350,000, approximately 500 people every year get accepted into CSC. Of that, twelve of us were chosen to travel to Morocco to work with an organisation and work to better their impact.

IBM is a huge company where we all bring different professional backgrounds from Consulting, Marketing, Legal Counsel, Application Development or Project Manager we are all coming together for this engagement. Further, all of us come from different walks of life, some with young kids, older kids, no kids, single and at the beginning of our career or happily having worked for over 40 years. This team of IBMers have all come together to, since the beginning of the year to prepare for a new and epic journey.

Last week, of those twelve people three of us were told the below:

"You will be a part of a team to create an international expansion strategy for a organisation who aims to become the key partner to the country's strategic projects for the ICT sector"

After hearing that I have the below to say:

My team includes a Client Executive from Brazil with over 30 years experience, an Business Analyst with an eye for LEAN and an technology infrastructure project manager who leads with agile frameworks.

With full confidence in our ability to help our client, I cannot wait to finally fly out just after Easter to finally meet the team in person and get down to work!
